About the Trainers
Nino Tsaturova
Nino is a legal expert specializing in construction law, contracts, and dispute resolution with extensive
experience advising on major infrastructure and engineering projects across the Caucasus and Central
Asia. She has led numerous high-profile cases related to FIDIC-based contracts and serves as a regional
representative promoting international best practices in contract administration and dispute
avoidance.
Irakli Khergiani
Irakli is a civil engineer and dispute resolution specialist with over two decades of experience in
consulting engineering, contract management, and adjudication. He has participated in multiple
international infrastructure projects under FIDIC Conditions of Contract and actively contributes to
advancing FIDIC practices and professional standards across the Caucasus region.
