Мanual for Mediators in Civil Engineering

This Manual is the first edition named for the specialized training of mediators in the construction industry. The Manual was created as a part of the International Finance Corporation’s project, which aims to support the development of alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This Manual addresses the practical issues of preparation and implementation of mediation, and especially those elements, techniques and skills of mediation, which are of particular importance for construction disputes. The manual also contains typical documents.
