International

International FIDIC trainings

Internationale FIDIC trainings, ACES as a national FIDIC association in Serbia, performs them in cooperation with the very FIDIC (headquarters in Geneva).

The official language of the training is english 76/5000 Translate from: Bosnian and after each two-day training (out of a total of 4 training courses), the participants receive International certificate issued by FIDIC in Geneva.
FORMER MODULE 1

FIDIC Contracts Introductory Course

The training provides a foundation for understanding FIDIC contract methodology, providing a comprehensive introduction to standard forms and procedures.
FORMER MODULE 2

FIDIC Claims and Disputes Course

FIDIC Claims and Disputes training will provide you with the necessary detailed knowledge and insight into the claims management and dispute resolution provisions in accordance with FIDIC contract terms.
FORMER MODULE 3

FIDIC DAB/DAAB Course

The training was designed to share with the participants the requirements and procedures for conducting DAB. FIDIC has now introduced DAB (1999) into DAAB (2017) in a permanent format, enhancing their role on construction projects. The training mainly focuses on legal and contractual backgrounds, mechanisms, project management features and procedural rules. During the training, a case study based on a real case will be presented.
FORMER MODULE 4

FIDIC Contracts Management and Administration Course

The training is designed to help participants expand their knowledge and experience of working with FIDIC's main forms of construction contracts, whether they are representing Clients, Consultants or Contractors. This training mainly focuses on contractual mechanisms, project management features of FIDIC's main contract forms and best practices.

Local trainings

Local FIDIC trainings

Local trainings focus on the application of FIDIC contracts in accordance with local legislation in Serbia and the region. Lectures are given by local experts, emphasizing the adaptation of FIDIC contracts to local needs. The training consists of two levels: basic and advanced.

The official language of the training is Serbian, and upon completion, participants receive a local/regional certificate of attendance of the training issued by ACES, as the National FIDIC Association in Serbia. These trainings are crucial for the successful implementation of FIDIC standards on local projects.

The main goal of local training courses is to improve work with FIDIC contract conditions, contract forms and procedures for project implementation, and through familiarization with international contract conditions and conditions for their application, basic provisions of the most used contract forms, advantages and challenges that may arise when using such contract forms. The training is intended for company managers, sector managers, development managers, engineers, supervisory engineers, lawyers, economists and all those who deal with international contracts in their companies.
